The mailing lists above are the forums for all questions regarding our software and datasets. The lists are monitored by our software developers and are designed to provide the best type of customer support: community support. All users are encouraged to add themselves the relevant lists.

Joining our Mailing Lists

1. Compose an email to listname-subscribe@sci.utah.edu. Example (ir-users-subscribe@sci.utah.edu) Nothing needed in the Subject line. Just send.
2. You will receive a response from the list manager requesting confirmation. Just send back a reply message to confirm your subscription. (no added text needed.)
3. Finally, you will receive a welcome message confirming that you have been added to the mailing list.

Unsubscribing

1. Compose an email to listname-unsubscribe@sci.utah.edu. Nothing needed in the Subject line or body. Just send.
2. You will receive a response from the list manager notifying you that the command has succeeded and you have been removed from the list.
